We will require your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number and date of expiration. This information is required to process your order and notify you of your order status.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. We may collect statistics about our customers, sales and traffic patterns, but these stats will not include any personal information and will be used for the sole purpose of improving our site to meet your needs.

Return Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

Most items are returnable for a full refund of the item’s purchase price, as long as you are issued a RA# (return authorization number) within 3 days of your receipt of the item. All equipment must be returned in its original packaging and be unused. Power chairs and scooters are non-returnable items.

All returned items will require a RA#, simply e-mail us at returns@generalmedicalstore.com.
Include your order number, name, day phone number and item you wish to return. We will contact you with a RA# and shipping instructions within 72 hours. Items must be returned within 3 days
from the time you receive the shipping information to receive full credit.

Once the item is received we credit your credit card or refund your account used for the purchase
of the item. This process can take up to two weeks.

If any product is found to be defective or damaged in shipping please e-mail us at returns@generalmedicalstore.com . Include your order number, name, day phone number and item you wish to return. We will contact you with a RA# and shipping instructions within 72 hours.
Item’s must be returned within 3 days from the time you receive the shipping information to
receive *full credit.

*We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped as soon as possible. Keep in mind many of our wheelchairs are built to order and will require 7-10 days to ship

Free shipping with all orders over $50 within the United States. A $14 shipping charge will be
applied to all orders under $50.
